Returns & Exchanges Policy

At WGreek Fashion Apparel LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before initiating a request.

 

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date;
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition;
  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or any signs of use;
  • All original tags attached and packaging intact;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase;
  • Clearance or heavily discounted items;
  • Intimates, bodysuits, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons);
  • Accessories (including hats, bags, belts, and jewelry);
  • Gift cards.

We reserve the right to expand this list at our discretion. Please review product pages carefully before purchasing.

 

3. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at wgfashionapparel@gmail.com or (202) 681-7203;
  • Include your order number, item(s) you wish to exchange, and the desired size or color;
  • We will confirm availability and provide instructions for sending the item back;
  • Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

If the requested exchange item is no longer available, we will issue store credit or a refund at your preference.

 

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us at wgfashionapparel@gmail.com or (202) 681-7203 within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the request.
  • Step 2: We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping address.
  • Step 3: Securely pack the item(s) using the original packaging if possible. Include your order number inside the package.
  • Step 4: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend retaining your tracking number until your return is confirmed.

Do not send items back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method;
  • WGreek Fashion Apparel LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return;
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.

 

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or Venmo);
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider;
  • If you paid using a 4-payment installment plan, your refund will be applied against any outstanding installments first, with any remaining balance refunded;
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your return is rejected (e.g., item shows signs of wear or is missing tags), we will notify you and return the item to you. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs in that case.

 

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at wgfashionapparel@gmail.com or (202) 681-7203.

Please include:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Photos clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

We will review your claim promptly and, upon verification, will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

 

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check your PayPal or Venmo account for pending transactions;
  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary;
  • If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at wgfashionapparel@gmail.com and we will investigate.

 

9. Changes to This Policy

WGreek Fashion Apparel LLC reserves the right to modify this Returns & Exchanges Policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to https://wgreekapparel.net/. We encourage you to review this policy before making a purchase. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
